Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wy77 platform, including the website, mobile web interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by wy77. By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

wy77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of wy77 services, you must register a personal account. Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and the creation of a secure password. By completing registration, you accept all obligations set out in these Terms. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your account access details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify wy77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. wy77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to such notification.
• Each registered account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person or entity.
• wy77 employs OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication delivered via SMS to the registered mobile number. This security measure is mandatory and cannot be disabled by the account holder.
• You must keep your registered mobile number current at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification. wy77 cannot be held responsible for failed OTP delivery caused by an outdated or incorrect registered number.

wy77 processes all account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the wy77 Privacy Policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the wy77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad, and ৳500 via Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳1,000. Minimum deposit thresholds may change at wy77's discretion and any changes will be displayed on the Deposit page prior to taking effect.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. wy77 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal routing at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (9am–10pm BST, UTC+6) to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 10 minutes. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay typically complete within 30 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the account holder must have completed all identity verification requirements applicable to their account tier. wy77 may request additional KYC documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds.
• wy77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service — wy77 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.
• wy77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts in a name other than the registered account holder. Any withdrawal request routed to a mismatched account will be declined and returned to the wy77 account balance.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

wy77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools available directly from the account settings dashboard. wy77 strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly): You may set a maximum deposit amount for any rolling period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: You may configure automatic session reminders at intervals of your choosing. wy77 will display a session duration notification at the configured interval. These reminders do not force a session end — they are informational prompts only.
• Cool-off periods: You may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once activated. Any pending withdrawals will continue to be processed during a cool-off period.
• Permanent self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the wy77 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in the permanent closure of your account. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following identity verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wy77 Platform — including but not limited to the wy77 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, database structures, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of wy77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to use any wy77 intellectual property other than the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Game content (including game artwork, soundtracks, and mechanics) provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. wy77 operates these games under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

Account Suspension and Termination

wy77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities provisions, or bonus abuse prohibitions.
• wy77 is required to suspend the account as part of a regulatory compliance process, anti-money laundering investigation, fraud investigation, or in response to a request from a competent authority.
• The account holder has not completed required KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request, and the account has been used to place bets or process withdrawals pending verification.
• Upon permanent account closure for cause, wy77 will retain any bonus balances and any winnings derived from gameplay that violated these Terms. Real-money balances not subject to active investigation will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to wy77.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general international principles of online commerce and the internal rules of wy77 as published from time to time. wy77 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and wy77 regarding the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, or a transaction, the player should first contact wy77 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. wy77 will review all disputes within 10 business days of receipt and will provide a written determination. wy77's determination on game outcome disputes is final, as game outcomes are determined by certified third-party software and are verifiable by independent audit.
